User Summary: This agreement governs your use of BinaryVetex digital asset trading services, USD funding, spot order execution, and cryptocurrency withdrawals.
1. Account Eligibility & Custody
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete registration details and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Only one registered account is permitted per person.
2. Spot Market Orders & 0.1% Brokerage Fee
All buy and sell orders execute at real-time spot market pricing with instant settlement against your Available USD Balance and Crypto Portfolio. A standard protocol fee of 0.1% applies to filled orders and is clearly displayed prior to execution. Filled orders cannot be cancelled or reversed.
3. Deposits & Double-Entry Accounting
Account funding via Bank Wire, ACH, Credit/Debit, or Crypto rails is credited to your Available USD Balance. All balance changes are executed inside ACID-compliant relational transactions with immutable double-entry accounting guarantees.
4. Withdrawals & 24–72h Clearance Review
Users may request withdrawals via on-chain cryptocurrency rails (TRC-20, ERC-20, SPL, Bitcoin SegWit), Bank Wire, or PayPal. In accordance with standard financial anti-fraud protocols, all withdrawal requests are processed under a standard 24–72 hour security clearance review. When requesting crypto payouts, you are exclusively responsible for supplying a valid, network-compatible wallet address.
